Daiei Engineering Co., Ltd has created the SAMOSA machine by modifying the depositing and wrapping technology cultivated since Daiei's establishment. It had been said that there is a big difficulty to wrap samosa because the it must be wrapped into triangle shape. However, Daiei's technology has overcome the difficulty and has succeeded in automating a series of processes such as pastry preparation, deposition of stuffing, wrapping and folding, delivery onto conveyer. Daiei has two types of samosa machine, one is full-automatic type (Model:SAM-25HT), and the other one is semi-automatic type (SAM-25SEMI).
