Standard Sushi Conveyor Type
The standard sushi conveyor is a very popular design that is used in many different sushi bars and sushi train restaurants around Australia. The standard conveyor uses a chain belt design, and is the type of sushi conveyor belt in 99% of sushi restaurants in Australia.
The sushi conveyor belt top piece can be made into a variety of colours, to give a degree of uniqueness and customisation to your conveyor. The acrylic conveyor top pieces come in various colours including red, pink, orange, yellow, blue, purple, white, brown, green and more. Logo stickers can also be placed on the top plates to brand your sushi conveyor.
The standard width of the sushi conveyor is 500mm, although this can be customised according to your preference.
The conveyor belts include a tension adjustment unit – important for ensuring that the sushi conveyor continues to run smoothly, even as the links stretch over time, as with all conveyors. If your sushi conveyor does not have this tension adjustment unit, it will be subject to greater wear and tear, and will not function as intended over time.
All conveyors are custom-built according to your shop layout and needs, and is manufactured at our dedicated facilities in Singapore. The conveyors are laser cut to ensure all joints and angles are perfect.

The sushi conveyor is usually designed with a stainless steel frame and aluminium profile stand (bench railing options are also available) – meaning that all you need to do is to get your shop fitter to create custom coverings (curtains or boards according to your preference), and a bench table top. If you want, you can also purchase the sushi conveyor table to and fit into your existing stands and benches.
A shop and conveyor layout is needed before a quotation for the design can be made.

Aluminium Profile 40×40 Legs
Bypass Gate
When your sushi train is less busy, you can use this bypass gate to shorten the effective length of your train. This bypass gate is also used in conjunction with the sushi freshness monitoring system to reject dishes that are deemed to have been sitting on the train too long.
Bypass Conveyor
When using a bypass system, you may need an additional bypass conveyor to feed certain sushi plates to another destination.
